If you’re not receiving our emails, they may be going to your spam or junk folder.
Follow the steps below to make sure you always get messages from hello@lickfold.digital.
Gmail
1. Add to Contacts
Open Gmail.
Click the Google Apps (nine dots) icon and choose Contacts.
Click Create contact and enter hello@lickfold.digital.
Click Save.
2. Mark Emails as Not Spam
Go to your Spam folder.
If you see any emails from hello@lickfold.digital, open them and click Not spam.
3. Create a Filter
Click the gear icon → See all settings.
Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
Click Create a new filter.
In the From field, enter @lickfold.store.
Click Create filter.
Check Never send it to Spam and click Create filter again.
Outlook / Hotmail / MSN Mail
1. Add to Contacts
Open Outlook.
Click the People icon or go to your contacts.
Add a new contact and enter hello@lickfold.digital, then Save.
2. Add to Safe Senders
Click the gear icon → View all Outlook settings.
Go to Mail → Junk email.
Under Safe senders and domains, click Add, then enter @lickfold.store.
Click Save.
3. Mark as Not Junk
If an email from hello@lickfold.store is in your Junk Email folder, open it and click It’s not junk.
Yahoo Mail
1. Add to Contacts
Open Yahoo Mail.
Click the Contacts icon.
Click Add a new contact and enter hello@lickfold.digital, then Save.
2. Mark as Not Spam
Check your Spam folder.
If you find any emails from hello@lickfold.digital, open them and click Not spam.
3. Create a Filter
Click the Settings icon → More Settings → Filters.
Click Add new filters.
Enter a filter name like “Lickfold”.
In the From field, type @lickfold.store.
Under Choose a folder to move to, select Inbox.
Click Save, then Save again.

Adding hello@lickfold.digital to your contacts and creating a filter gives you the best chance of ensuring our messages always arrive safely in your inbox.
